A standalone 2 class teaching hub finished in rainscreen cladding, brickwork walls and a standing seam roof. Built adjacent to the existing Victorian School.
Special requirements / Constraints: Project was completed in a live environment while the existing school was still in operation. Careful management of deliveries to the site was required.
